I purchased Sanctuary Pore Refining Toner priced at £8.99 and was not dissapointed this toner is really refreshing, light & has a pump spray that can be sprayed on to the face or applied with a cotton ball.
The key ingredients in this toner are white willow, which soothes skin.
And witch hazel which can help avoid blemishes and also tone your pores.
